A gentle, non-invasive way of working with your body. Using a light, therapeutic touch consisting of holds along the head, neck, and back to encourage the release of symptoms caused by physical and emotional stress, facilitating proper alignment of the Craniosacral system. Client is fully clothed and minimal pressure is used.
Integrative Bodywork

Therapeutic massage blending different modalities to suit the client's needs. After a discussion of the client's goals, each session is individually designed with massage modalities such as deep tissue*, trigger point therapy*, Myofascial release*, and Swedish massage*.
Prenatal Massage

Therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be and her changing body. Modifications are made with body positioning to ensure saftey and comfort for both mother and baby.
* Deep tissue and trigger point therapy is used to release tension and relieve muscle pain and soreness.
* Myofascial release focuses on stretching and lengthening the connective tissue to relieve tightness that causes muscle restrictions.
* Swedish massage provides relaxation and tension relief through long, soft, kneading strokes, and rhythmic tapping.
