Originally from New York and now an eleven-year resident on Hatteras Island, Elizabeth brings her love for the calm, healing serenity of Hatteras to her work. She graduated from the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy, specializing in Therapeutic Massage.
She is trained in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Cranio-Sacral, Trigger-Point, and Myofascial modalities. She has further certifications in Prenatal and PTSD massage, as well as a 200 hour yoga teacher certification.
